Registrations for OxWIM Day 2026 are currently open!

You will have the option to:

Apply to present a poster about your research and a 'poster pitch' talk
(applications closing Feb 13, outcomes Feb 16)
Apply for (partial) travel funding (applications closing Feb 13, outcomes Feb 16)

Please note that everyone is welcome at this event regardless of their gender identity. However, women and non-binary people will be prioritised for talks and travel funding.

FAQs

Is this conference open to people not from Oxford? Yes, anyone can attend. We also have limited travel funding to support travel from within the UK.
Is there a registration fee to attend? No, there is no fee.
Will the conference be available online? Unfortunately not.
Do I have to be a graduate student to present a poster? No! You are encouraged to present a poster and give a rapid-fire talk on any research project you are working on/have completed. For example, a summer project or third-year project is great. If you don't have access to an A1 printing service, you can also make a poster by attaching A4 or A3 sheets together.
When will registrations close? We have a fixed venue capacity, so registrations will close either when all spots are filled or on Friday Feb 20th at 5pm, whichever is sooner! We therefore encourage you to register sooner rather than later to secure your place.
